Location: NYCSalary: $55k- $65kPosition Summary: Responsible for providing support to the HR Operations Team. This includes working with the Head of HR Operations to determine best practices and finding efficiencies in all HR channels including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Cycle, Performance Management and Learning and Development.Primary Responsibilities:•Perform clerical functions for the HR staff including regular audits, research and data entry.•Assist with drafting communication including but not limited to recruitment, benefits payroll processes and changes.•Review and maintain employee files in Workday.•Compile data from the HRIS system and prepare reports.•Support in streamlining processes and procedures.•Assist in creating SOP's for all areas of HR to ensure there's clarity across all channels.•Assist with payroll and benefits issues.•Act as backup for payroll and benefits•Perform other related duties as assigned•Work on special projects and presentations as directed by Head of HR OperationsExperience & Skills:•Bachelor's Degree preferred•A minimum of one year of experience in HR•Interest in process improvement and operational HR functions•Proficiency in office computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)•Workday Knowledge a plus•Ability to thoroughly understand the company's HR policies and procedures•Ability to maintain confidential information•Ability to interact with all levels of management•Ability to present information in a clear concise manner•Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with employees and vendors•A high level of curiosity#LI-DNI
