Job DetailsJob LocationPulaski - Pulaski, WIPosition TypeFull TimeDescriptionResponsible for the timely, efficient movement ofparts, equipment, and other materials between R&S locations in a safe manner.Essential Functions:1. Operates company route truck and trailer on a daily basis, transporting parts, equipment, and other materialsbetween R&S locations.2. Assures loads are secure and operates vehicle in a safe manner, observing all traffic laws and rememberingthe importance of public safety.3. Responsible for observing all DOT regulations.4. Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner including vehicle inspections, driver's logs, etc.5. Works cooperatively with all store personnel in coordinating deliveries.6. Uses a forklift to load and unload materials.7. Performs (or assures completion of) preventative maintenance of vehicles/trailers as appropriate: oilchanges, topping off fluid levels, greasing, etc.8. Reports any accidents or losses immediately to supervisor.9. Advises Service Manager of any concerns with the vehicle and assures repairs are done in a timely manner.10. Presents a positive, professional image in dress and conduct at all times.11. All other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications1.At least three yearsprevious related driving experience required.2. Must have a valid CDL license and insurable driving history.3. This position is subject to the Federal Motor Carrier Standards Act including driver qualification, periodicphysical exams, random drug and alcohol testing, etc.4. Knowledge of equipment helpful.
