The Hospitality Attendant will support the dining room staff to ensure that the restaurant is running at its fullest potential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting Front of House staff and Dining Room Hosts in their tasks.
  • Engaging with guests through regular table touchings.
  • Finding the little things to spread joy to guests.
  • Exemplifying the Core 4 principles (Create eye contact, Share a smile, Speak with a friendly tone, Always say My pleasure. )
  • Delivering Second Mile Service
  • Creating a welcoming and memorable atmosphere for every guest.
  • Refilling condiment stations.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting any returned sauces.
  • Cleaning bathrooms.
  • Mopping as necessary.
  • Parking lot checks.
  • Maintaining clean dining room tables.
  • Upholding CFA facility cleanliness standards.
  • Keeping windows clean.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Access to a source of reliable transportation.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Conversational Spanish.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Adaptable and innovative.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Hospitable personality.
