This position also requires an enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements and it is a condition of employment that individuals hired into positions requiring program clearance obtain and maintain such clearance within sufficient time to allow Lockheed Martin to meet its business needs.•Special Access Program (SAP) / Industrial Security experience.•Basic computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills. •Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and personnel security clearances.•Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.•Experience in Building and Maintaining tracking spreadsheets/databases.•Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.**Candidate must be able to pass a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives ( ATF ) background check to obtain approval to be an employee possessor (of explosives or other ATF-regulated items) as defined by ATF regulations. Failure to obtain and retain employee possessor status may result in revocation of an offer and loss of employment.Desired skills•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.•Candidate must be a self-driven and results oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast paced environment.•The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk managed security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.•Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required. •Knowledge of JADE. •Understanding knowledge of current DoD 5205 Manuals, NISPOM, and NISPOM Overprint.•Advanced computer skills, public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.•Managing and protecting COMSEC.EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $67,200 - $128,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.This position is incentive plan eligible.Premium Pay StatementPay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $77,300 - $145,600.
