We are seeking a motivated and detailed-oriented IT Help Desk Support Specialist to join our dental office team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our staff and ensuring that all IT systems run smoothly. RequirementsResponsibilities for the IT Helpdesk Support include the following:
- Responsible for the timely analysis, resolution and communication of IT related helpdesk tickets
- Hands-on work and travel to/from dental offices in supporting all IT issues
- Address and solve network and back-end system issues, including more difficult hardware problems
- Troubleshoot and fix server issues
- Navigate Active Directory and Group Policy, and automate workflows with the server
- Solve Microsoft 365 issues
- Update OS and drivers
- Communicate with doctors, clinical staff, IT team, and management in a professional and courteous manner
- Follow-up with tickets and find a prompt resolution of the relevant issue.
- Solve backend and network issues.
- Solve complex problems.
- Fixing difficult hardware problems.
- Helping with server issues according to the level of expertise set by the higher-level techs.
- Basic Microsoft 365 issues.
- Install and uninstall applications that level one can not attend to.
- CompTIA A+ and Network + would be preferable
- Research and the work on resolving the more complex issue that level one can not handle.

Salary Description $36,000 - $45,000
