Orients and trains school staff/students/families on equipment usage. Liaises with IT staff, Therapists, school staff/students to schedule and maintain telehealth sessions. Collect data and reports to Data Coordinator as required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Configures, maintains, secures, and monitors usage of telehealth equipment in schools. Deliver grant related IT equipment to the sites where the equipment will be utilized.
  • Orients and trains school staff/students/families on equipment usage.
  • Liaises with IT staff, Therapist, school staff/students to schedule and maintain telehealth sessions.
  • Collect and report data to Data Coordinator as required.
  • Assists with RCORP resource development by finding, evaluating, storing, and sharing available resources in our service area (including but not limited to housing, food, medical services, educational services, transportation, employment services).
  • Provides case management support by assisting with the location and evaluation of needed resources, mailing out flyers, delivering resources to clients at proctoring locations.
  • Outreach support by following up on partner communication, sharing and/or delivering program materials or requested information, collect and forwarding MOUs, answering questions or seeking answers from other team members.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
