Deliver Customer and Consumer Service Excellence by elevating Flawless, professional, effective order management and service to partners and customers all the time. Expertly engage with customers, internal sales and operational partners to secure flawless execution of order management. Receive, transact, confirm, release orders according to distribution agreements. Engage with the warehouse to secure coordination and prioritization of shipments. Provide high level of service through both call and mail enquiries with customers and internal partners. Govern credit/debit notes, Goods Return and FOC Execution policy to secure compliance.
