Make customers a priority by greeting and acknowledging them as they enter the store, helping on the sales floor, and answering the phone within three rings with a professional greeting. Operates the store cash register: cash handling credit card transactions, appropriate discount returns, and cash register balancing. Stocks straighten, rotate, and maintain the cleanliness of the entire store area efficiently and to standard. Request assistance from managers for returns, exchanges, and customer complaints. Upholds store cleanliness standards by sweeping, dusting, mopping, and shining surfaces. Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with team members and leadership and works cross-functionally with other teams to increase communication.
