: Job Details :

Setting up and operating a variety of different CNC Machines or Grinders to process and manufacture materials to customer and company requirements and specifications. Conducting tool offsets, changes and editing programs on machines and equipment as needed. Completing required process checks and inspections using calipers, micrometers, dial/depth indicators, optical comparators, laser mics, etc. Processing and machining materials per company and customer work instructions and specifications. Performing mechanical assembly work, particularly with small intricate components, ensuring quality metrics for the customer and company are being met. Executing testing and calibration processes on parts, with a keen understanding of pressure, flow, leaks, tolerances, and yield.
