Leading national firm is expanding and is seeking a Labor & Employment Attorney for their Westchester, NY office. Ideal candidate will have 1+ years of prior employment experience or Civil Litigation experience with a demonstrated interest.

This is an excellent opportunity to transition your practice to employment law and work with clients in a variety of industries across all industry sectors including technology, education, non-profits, for-profit, etc.

You'll gain relevant hands-on experience in advising clients on a myriad of federal, state and local Labor & Employment laws and regulations and have the unique opportunity to practice employment law on both defense and plaintiff's side.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice in NY
• 1+ years of experience
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of federal and state rules

Base Salary Range 115k-150k DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Hybrid
