- Perform tasks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using sterile techniques.
- Operate under laminar flow hoods in a HEPA-filtered environment.
- Maintain a clean, sterile work area and accurate manufacturing records.
- Assist with handling roller bottles, candling eggs, and other lab/production tasks.
- Communicate issues to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to safety protocols and complete assigned tasks promptly.
Skills & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be trained on sterile techniques and lab procedures.
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work weekends.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Regular attendance and flexibility are essential.
