Serves as a professional source of service and information to patients and customers. Prepares outpatient and inpatient admissions accurately and timely. Accurately performs data entry of admissions and patient information. Communicates with all ages of patients and customers in person as well as over the phone. Performs a variety of office clerical duties. For more specifics on job duties and responsibilities, see job description. Education/Requirements/Knowledge/Skills:
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Preferred minimum of 1 year of front office/direct customer service experience. Healthcare experience a plus.
    • Strong customer service, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
    • Highly proficient with computers and other office equipment.
    • Previous experience with high telephone volume using multi-line phone.
    • Must be extremely detail-oriented, flexible, team player and able to adapt quickly to changing environment.
    • Knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or Medicare a plus.
