Responsibilities
+ Production Planning:
+ Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and company objectives.

+ Team Management:
+ Supervise and manage production teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
+ Foster a safe, motivated, and productive work environment.
+ Quality Control:

+ Address and resolve production issues to maintain quality and minimize downtime.
