Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000, based on experience

Our client, a reputable General Contractor in South Carolina, is actively seeking a skilled Superintendent to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with a proven track record managing a variety of large-scale projects, including commercial, educational, retail, healthcare, K-12, and multi-family developments.

Position Overview:

As a Superintendent, you will be at the forefront of project management, overseeing a wide array of high-value builds ranging from $2 million to $150 million. You will ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day on-site management of construction activities, ensuring projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain schedules, control costs, and uphold quality standards.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
• Manage project resources, identify and resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as a Superintendent with a strong portfolio of completed projects across commercial, education, retail, healthcare, K-12, and multi-family sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to handle complex project challenges on-site.
