Menno Haven is seeking a Team Services Specialist with specific focuses to join our team! The Team Services Specialist will play an integral role within the Human Resources department and will be primarily responsible for all employee relations issues and concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, unemployment, performance evaluation process, regulatory reporting, tracking of information, staying current with employment law, in addition to serve as a back up to benefits/leave/worker's compensation along with other duties as they arise.This is an on-site, full-time, salaried role.Compensation is based on years of applicable experience.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably as an HR Generalist in the healthcare field preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and labor laws required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
