We are seeking a detail-oriented Distribution & Logistics Analyst to manage and analyze the supply chain, distribution, and logistics processes for our organization. The ideal candidate will focus on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and optimizing the movement of goods. This role involves data analysis, performance tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze distribution and logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
  • Collect and analyze data on shipping costs, delivery times, and inventory levels to optimize logistics operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of distribution networks and warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Support logistics planning by forecasting demand and managing inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all logistics and distribution activities.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to the distribution process to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with carriers, suppliers, and logistics providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in distribution and logistics.
