Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with occasional weekend availability as needed)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is not a traditional lab-only role—you will actively engage both in the lab and on the production floor to ensure our high-quality standards are met before products are packed and shipped.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory testing, including titratable salinity, titratable acidity, pH, viscosity, and sensory analyses.
• Conduct rapid microbiological testing (training provided).
• Collaborate closely with plant management and employees to ensure production processes meet quality standards.
• Spend time on the production floor, monitoring procedures and identifying potential issues.
• Work closely with upper management, Research & Development (R&D), and customers.
• Assist in other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to split time between the laboratory and production floor.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
