About the Role
We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to craft and deliver compelling visual designs that drive the expansion and growth of our company products. This position is fully remote, though candidates based in the Pacific Time zone will be given preference. When applying, please ensure you include your portfolio to showcase your work.
Job Duties:
• Provide visual design support for the company's operations, branding, and marketing departments, including both online and offline projects.
• Lead and complete large-scale projects, from concept exploration and style definition to execution and implementation.
• Fully understand business requirements and derive design solutions based on goals, avoiding blind execution.
• Develop and refine design guidelines and establish design standards.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of design experience, with proficiency in using design software such as Photoshop (PS) and Illustrator (AI); candidates with illustration and animation skills are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in fine arts, design, or related fields; strong artistic foundation and outstanding layout skills are essential.
• Ability to master various design styles, with a rich reserve of creative ideas and the flexibility to apply them effectively.
• An up-to-date aesthetic sense, an open mindset, and attention to design trends.
• Strong collaborative skills, attention to detail, and excellent execution capabilities.
