Job Location : all cities,TX, USA
To provide coordination for all phases of Commercial/ Residential re-construction projects, including coordinating all Shepperd Construction Staff and when applicable; subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications and design are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Project Manager shall be responsible for estimates, scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:
· Estimating, project buy out and issues subcontracts and purchase orders.
· Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion.
· Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
· Create and communicate with project team regarding ASI's, RFI's, and Material Submittals.
· Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work.
· Perform duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
· Preside over subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
· Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
· Assist in budgeting, bidding, issue and award of subcontracts on larger projects.
· Obtain permits or approval of revisions.
· Identify areas of work that are outside of contracted scope.
· Attend/ run pre-construction meetings with each subcontractor.
· Attend/run OAC and OEC meetings
Supervisory Responsibility:
Project Manager shall supervise all staff, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. Project Manager shall supervise all Superintendents when applicable.

· Blueprint reading.
· Physically lift up to 80 lbs.
· Endurance and ability to visit entire job site, including stairs or other elevated structures.

Other Qualifications/ Requirements:
· Must be able to travel to the jobsite(s) as assigned.
· Must be able to pass random drug screen at all times.
· Must maintain alcohol free jobsites and refrain from consuming alcohol during work hours.
· Must not show up to work hungover or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
