How to Apply
Our Application Process has several phases and therefore only motivated and serious applicants should apply:
1) Applicants of interest will be contacted for a short phone call first to discuss the role and learn more about what a lead consultant's day is like at Polished Geek. You are encouraged to ask questions during this first step about the company, the role, benefits, etc.
2) Next, you will be asked to complete a screening case study to evaluate how you approach analyzing business problems and ask questions
3) A group interview on Zoom for culture fit with our team
4) You will be asked to complete a somewhat challenging monday․com buildout exercise from a case study. We are not looking for technical perfection, but rather your demonstrated understanding of a pseudo client's business workflow, organizational handoffs and process exceptions.
5) Lastly, a final teaching interview on Zoom where you demonstrate your ability to teach technical concepts
To begin the application process, please submit your resume via LinkedIn, along with a note describing your specific interest in this role and why you see this position as a growth opportunity for you.
