You'll be joining the Missouri Department of Natural Resources' Waste Management Program Engineering Section, where science and policy meet to safely design and operate a Resource and Recovery Act (RCRA) facility. While your primary emphasis will be on the design and operation of solid waste processing facilities and disposal areas; you will also have the opportunity to broaden your knowledge about permitting hazardous waste treatment, storage and disposal facilities. You'll work with a diverse group of team members and stakeholders to ensure waste disposal in Missouri meets regulatory requirements for protection of human health and the environment.
