Overview:
In this role you will be the first and last point of contact for our facility, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments for Keen Transport.
Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Scheduling flow of traffic in and out of the facility
* Scanning BOLS and data entry
* Maintain data to accurately track outbound status of freight
* Receiving Phone calls from drivers and truck companies
* Communicating with internal and external customer
* Coordinate with Operations to keep schedules on track
* Various other duties and office tasks
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
* Excellent communication skills
* Great attitude, willing to learn
* Proficient in Microsoft office and excel
* Ability to operate in a high-volume environment
* Must be able to speak, read and write English
* Attention to detail, and critical thinking
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
* Bilingual a plus!
* Prior logistics experience is a plus!
