As our newest groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and all common areas of the community.Essential Functions:As a groundskeeper with Sandhurst, you will:
- Understand and follow proper safety procedures for company and community, including maintaining cleanliness and protection of work spaces
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the community, in line with the established standards
- Uphold all company policies, goals, and values
- Comply with federal, state, and/or local law regarding to operation of the community
- Assist in completion of work orders, as directed by the maintenance supervisor
- Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-ins
- Performs all other groundskeeper responsibilities as directed, including, but not limited to, removal of litter or refuse from grounds and vacated apartments
Qualifications:To join Sandhurst as a groundskeeper, you'll need to:
- Hold a CPO certification
- Have effective verbal communication skills
- Be able to work weekends, after hours, and/or holidays
