We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing (DON) to become a pivotal part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance the overall quality of nursing services within designated units.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Provide hands-on nursing care and support tailored to the specific needs of residents.
- Engage actively in the creation, execution, and assessment of the facility's performance improvement initiatives.
- In partnership with the Administrator, lead the assigned nursing units in alignment with CHI Living Communities' established policies and practices.
- Guide the Staff Development Manager/Nurse in developing, executing, and coordinating in-service training programs to enhance the capabilities of our nursing service team.

Salary Range: $105-$114k annually.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Ohio RN license.
- A minimum of five years of clinical experience in geriatric nursing required.
- Minimum of five years in a management capacity is necessary.
- Current CPR certification is essential.
- Preferred: Experience in long-term care, proficiency with MDS/RAP Summaries, care planning, and a solid understanding of Total Quality Improvement processes.
