As a Quality Improvement Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the organization meets the highest standards of patient care and safety. Quality improvement is a continuous process focused on positive patient outcomes. The Quality Improvement Coordinator specialty areas will include but are not limited to Sepsis,continuous state of readiness for Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid and other program surveys. In this role you will also support the Trauma, Stroke, Chest Pain and Infection Prevention programs. The Quality Improvement Coordinator reports to the Director of Quality. This position will lead theSepsis Team.
