Responsibilities The Portland, Maine office of Dentons is seeking a motivated Associate with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy practice. The successful candidate will work with a premier practice on interesting and sophisticated bankruptcy and restructuring matters in New England and elsewhere. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest and experience in bankruptcy and restructuring work and be intelligent, hardworking, an excellent writer, thoughtful, driven, and personable. Judicial clerkship experience in a bankruptcy court is not required, but it is a plus. The position will primarily be in-office, though the firm has a remote work policy and allows remote work in certain instances. Recommended credentials include the following: 0-3 years of Restructuring/Insolvency/Bankruptcy experience A judicial clerkship with a bankruptcy court is a plus but not required.
