Our client in the commercial real estate industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Property Management to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant - Property Management, you will be part of the Property Management team supporting property managers and general managers. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects at one time, accounts payable experience, commercial real estate knowledge, and effective time management skills which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - Property Management

**Location:** Walnut Creek, CA

**Pay Range:** $37.4 per hour

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.

+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.

+ File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.

+ Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

+ Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

**What's Needed?**

+ Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to work independently and manage one's time.

+ Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

+ Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

+ High school diploma or GED required, 8-10 years experience required.
