Asan R&M Technician- Probe Floor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucialrole in ensuring the reliability and maintenance of our probe floor equipment.You will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining theequipment to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Your expertise inequipment maintenance and your attention to detail will contribute to thesmooth operation of our probe floor and the overall success of our operations. You will report directly to our R&M Manager and you'll work out of ourRichardson, TX location. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our probefloor operations by ensuring the reliability and maintenance of the equipment.You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues,performing preventive maintenance tasks, and documenting maintenanceactivities. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will beessential in maintaining the highest standards of equipment performance.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installation, service,troubleshooting and repair of Probe equipment.
  • Associated with that responsibility,will be interfacing with Manufacturing and Engineering to facilitatesolutions to problems
  • Communicate issues and document findingsvia Repair and Maintenance electronic system
  • Supportcontinuous improvement at the Richardson facility through participation inthe rapid problem solving process, initiation and implementation ofContinuous Improvement (CI) & challenging themselves and others tocontinuously look for ways to do things better

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a SemiconductorEquipment Technician
  • Ability to communicate effectively,both written and verbal.
  • 3 years of proficiency withMicrosoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work compressedwork week (12 hour days)

PreferredQualifications:

  • An associate's degree
  • EG2001 and MarTek 4080+ prober,Laser scribe, Inker, tool installation, M350 Lasers, scopes, and boardlevel troubleshooting experience
  • Knowledge of Lean and 5S ishighly desirable
  • Must be able to make mostdecisions on their own, follow directions, and seek management assistancewhen needed
  • Be able to lift minimum of 25pounds.
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
