As a therapist, you will be able to create and manage a caseload the way you've always dreamed.Spending time with students not only in your office, but out with the horses, expeditions, or taking a walk in the beautiful high desert, is the priority. Facilitate groups with access to an adventure course or a herd of equine co-therapists. Find your therapeutic style, grow your skills, add your own innovative drive, and become part of a solution to the problems facing youth and their families today.*Qualifications:* *Must have a Master's degree* in Social Work, Human Services, Behavioral Health, or Chemical Dependency. Licensure preferred.*Experience:* Must have at least two years' experience working as counselor/therapist with behavioral health population; preferably one of which specifically is with chemical dependency. 12-step experience and working knowledge is a plus.*Preferences:* CADAC certification.*Responsibilities:* Provide therapy to students, families, and groups. Facilitate workshops for Family Weekends. May go on expeditions with students and staff; locally, nationally and internationally. Attend team meetings with a focus on building camaraderie, and a sense of passion and purpose.
