Job Description :

Visiting Angels provides in-home care services to seniors throughout Central Ohio, enabling them to stay at home and live indepedently. We're looking for an Office Assistant to work approximately 16-20 hours/week . ( private desk and office provided ) You will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our senior care services. We value a warm, friendly atmosphere and are looking for someone compassionate and uplifting who enjoys finding things to do and getting things done Key Responsibilities: Support Office: Provide valuable assistance to our managers and director with various administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and report generation. Field Support: Help procure necessary supplies and materials for our caregiving team and distribute important information to field employees. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel related to supply delivery. Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment manager with tasks related to hiring, such as completing reference checks, organizing interviews, and ensuring that all required documentation is in order. Client Care Introductions: Accompany caregivers in the field to perform introductions to new clients. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you're comfortable and confident in this role. Qualifications: Prior administrative experience (health field a plus) is required Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compassionate and friendly demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (mileage will be reimbursed) HS Diploma is required, further education is a plus but not required Benefits: Competitive compensation with weekly payroll.
