Position Overview:

As Senior Manager of Analytics, you will be a key driver in developing and implementing our data and reporting strategy, working closely with the Global Leader of Analytics. This hands-on leadership role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to oversee high-impact projects from start to finish. You'll focus on streamlining data integration, ensuring the accuracy of reports, and creating dynamic visualizations that enable business leaders to make informed, data-backed decisions.

You will lead collaborative efforts across various teams within the firm, playing a critical role in fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making while driving continuous improvements in business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop reporting solutions for key business groups, ensuring impactful visualizations.
  • Oversee global data processes, ensuring consistency and quality across regions.
  • Manage the report request lifecycle, working with leadership to prioritize and deliver actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy through quality assurance and error-checking protocols.
  • Identify and implement improvements in data practices, reporting workflows, and analytics capabilities.
  • Analyze to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Automate reporting tools to increase efficiency and accuracy across teams.
  • Mentor junior analysts, supporting their technical and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain data models to optimize systems and align with business needs.
  • Collaborate on data warehousing initiatives to ensure best practices for database management.
  • Foster a global, data-driven culture, helping teams make informed decisions across functions.
  • Lead analytics programs for Finance & Accounting, ensuring global consistency.
  • Design and implement Data Marts for aggregating and presenting actionable firm-wide data.
  • Use advanced data integration techniques to support global analytics initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in big data and advanced analytics technologies.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of executing complex projects (Agile methodologies and tools such as Smartsheets are a plus).
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least 6+ years of experience using programming languages such as R or Python.
  • 6+ years of experience with data modeling and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, Google Suite).
  • Strong understanding of financial terminology, business models, and trends, particularly in professional services (experience in architecture and engineering a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CRM (marketing analytics experience is a bonus).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
