Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. Global Services is in short, the backbone of BCG.What You'll DoAs one of the senior members of the Global Communications team, you will work with the Chief Communications Officer (CCO) in shaping and driving the Global Communications team strategy, our key initiatives, decision making and governance and manage our interface to the OC/EC. You'll also work on key reputation risk /strategy deliverables. You will directly engage with BCG's senior leaders, Communications Leadership team as well as work in partnership with M&C's transformation office, to drive strategic initiatives, transform our operating model and ways of working, and report our achievements and functional updates to BCG Leadership. In doing so, you will be a critical thought partner to CCO, Communications Global Chair, transformation office and the Global Marketing & Communications Leadership Team. Your key responsibilities are: Own communications assignments to cement strategy/frameworks, project manage deliverables, and write content for relevant materials/decks. Play a key role in shaping and executing a bold and strategic transformation agenda for BCG's global communications function in line with the overall BCG strategy Be a valued strategic thought partner to the Communications Leadership Team Drive the continuous improvement and integration of our functional End-to-End operating model Provide strategic direction to key transformation initiatives to drive real change across our capabilities Work closely with our Finance Business partners to oversee the communication team's budget Ensure a smooth, day-to-day operation focused on service excellence and business acumen Drive and set agendas for meetings within the Marketing function pertaining to the communication's team (e.g., MCLT, MCOT) and with BCG senior leaders (e.g., EC, OC, IC). Oversee and manage members of the Communications Transformation team What You'll BringProven track record of implementing and managing processes in complex organizations Experience working successfully within a complex matrix structured organization Proven ability to work with senior MDPs in client-facing and internal settings Extensive Marketing expertise (highly valued) Experience of working on political agendas and communications preferred At a minimum, you will have: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business related field Minimum of 6 years-experience in management consulting or other similar field, BCG consulting experience strongly preferred Minimum of 2 year-experience in project leader role in top-tier management consulting firm, BCG consulting experience strongly preferred Who You'll Work WithBCG's Chief Communications Officer Russell Dubner, Office of the CEO, Chief Risk Officer, Office of the Regional Chairs, M&C's transformation office, the Communications Leadership Team, the GS M&C Team Leads.
