Job Description :
- Clean and maintain the service department including keeping the customer waiting area clean, bathrooms, shop, customer write up area, and parking lot.
- Dress service customer cars with disposable floor mats & plastic seat lining.
- Retrieve customer's car when ready for pick up.
- Park customer's car when dropped off for service
- Assist with service write-ups with mileage and tagging of customer cars
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags prior to returning completed vehicle to customer
- Vacuum interior and run vehicles through automatic wash as needed
- Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards
- Return vehicle keys to the appropriate service consultant
- Maintains building and grounds as needed
- Perform Alignment checks on customers vehicles
