Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:
Safety expectations:
Report any near misses, spills, first aids or injuries immediately
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Basic Skills:
Evaluate data from production, research, and experiments and put into presentable
format for customers of and for use by Aptar CSP Technologies
Write procedures for new processes as well as revising and writing new procedures
for existing processes
Perform testing on products for existing and potential customers
Supports the creation of One Point Lessons for training team members.
Lead special projects to support and promote quality, productivity and safety
Optimize the quality system for Aptar CSP Technologies in the areas of data retrieval,
data storage, raw material handling and storage
All other duties as assigned.

Experience with working in teams and leading

Qualifications/Education/Special Skills
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, or similar degree (working toward achieving) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift 30 pounds
Ability to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting.
Detailed Oriented and self-motivated.
Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint (experience with Access or Minitab a plus)
