Responsibilities: This person will ensure accurate input/output flow of the Accounts Receivable for MFA Incorporated Wholesale, MFA Retail Agri-Services, and MFA Enterprises. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

What You'll Do

* Apply and post Retail A/R customer payments as received by mail, wire, credit card, web portal, or ACH

* Post non-accounts receivable payments received by MFA Incorporated and MFA Enterprises

* Maintain a cash control log of all payments received by payment method

* Maintain backup documentation of all payment methods for audit and traceability purposes

* Supervise AR - General Accountant

* Monitor retail customer portal daily and address failed activity

* Supervise the customer statement process and serve as back up to all tasks related to customer statement process.

* Coordinate and oversee staff performing record retention tasks

* Direct the business processes and practices as they relate to Accounts Receivable and corporate Record Retention by setting goals and time frames for cut offs.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

* 2 years on the job experience
