POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as our Vacation Rental Property Inspector.

As an Inspector at Ness Vacation Homes, you will play a critical role in upholding our esteemed reputation for providing luxury vacation experiences. Your main objective will be to conduct thorough inspections of our properties, ensuring they meet our exacting standards for cleanliness, vacation rental maintenance, and overall guest readiness.

This involves commuting to our properties to meticulously examine each home. You will identify any issues that could impact the guest experience and coordinate with our housekeeping or maintenance teams to ensure timely resolutions.

As our “boots are on the ground,” you'll also ensure each property is adequately stocked, staged, and ready to welcome the next guests.

Your success will be measured by your ability to notice every little detail and ensure each property remains in pristine condition, resulting in consistently positive guest reviews and reinforcing our brand's promise of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Commute to and from properties to meticulously inspect vacation homes for cleanliness and order, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards.
• Evaluate properties for maintenance needs and coordinate with teams to ensure timely upkeep.
• Keep an eye on properties while they are vacant and participate in general upkeep.
• Serve as the custodian of our reputation by ensuring every guest enjoys a flawless stay.
• Assist in staging properties before guest arrivals as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, maintenance or property management is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Positive, detail-oriented and meticulous in your work
• A quick learner with the ability to use apps
• Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Superior multitasking, decision-making making and time-management skills

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Annual Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience and achievement

Availability: Must have flexible availability to accommodate guest's arrivals and departures.
