A healthcare organization in Hyannis, MA, is actively seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (40 hours/week preferred, 32 hours considered)
- Patient Population: Medicare (Ages 65+)
- Patient Volume: 12 to 16 per day (30-min appointments)
Responsibilities:
- Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office and telehealth visits
- Collaborate with health coaches who assist with charting and patient follow-up
- Participate in daily team huddles and weekly clinical rounds for education and collaboration
- Utilize clinical training for in-office procedures and opportunities for skill development
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
