SOS TECH COORDINATOR: Location: San Jose, CA Experience: 1+ years of experience in international logistics/shipment and inventory management of electronics products or relevant area As a member in the team, should be able to effectively contribute individually and be able to mentor/guide peers or any new member in the team distributed over different locations. Members should be able to understand the project specific SLO/ KPIs and work aligned with Leads/Project Manager on any data needs. Should work with the team to closely monitor and complete the day to day operational tasks and keep everything under SLO/KPI compliant.

- Collaborate with OEM/ODM partners for assigned projects via bug /emails as required.
- Manage the PO process end-end, from quote request, PO creation, shipment tracking, product delivery and invoice payment coordination
- Handle device requests,review/approve/reject the requests and reimaging/fulfillment based on set processes and guidelines for the team
- Distribute the devices to users/Requesters based on window walking
- Interface and communicate project status with Engineering, other cross-functional departments and 3rd parties, ensuring allocation as per approved in tool.
- Managing inventory, users requests, handling logistics (import and export) and distribution of domestic and international shipments,
- HardWare operations like moving the packages, organizing the different devices, picking the shipments and recycling the packing materials, keeping the storage area clean and tidy
- Work with Logistics teams to properly support shipment preparation and tracking for import and export shipments
- Update the SOP documents, keep it updated as per latest process wherever ever is a latest change in process, Follow the set process guidelines in the team and templates without fail.
- Effectively communicate and handle email Responses aligned with KPI guidelines and priority in mind. Proactively flagging any risk and Should be able to handle communication with team members and managers.
- Very detail oriented and ready to capture details in tracker manually, and or in tools based on manager ask, Able to grapes quickly on data fields in the tracking sheets and ready to update the data where needed
- Should be able to prioritize day to day operations in alignment with KPI goals and able to root cause and take corrective action on any KPI miss
- Able to manage/capture and drive capturing all required and agreed data needed by the management team
Good to have:
- Experience for laptop IT setup and configuration
- Performs hardware imaging, distribution, demo set-up and end-user technical support
- Provides technical troubleshooting support based on operating system knowledge
- Performs installations, repairs and preventative maintenance on consumer electronics hardware and software
prior experience using any tools related to inventory management would be a plus
