Job Location : Fort Dodge,IA, USA
Responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of the physical plant equipment at the Fort Dodge campus. Have the ability to develop and monitor maintenance schedules. Coordinate with supervisors for maintenance and repair services.
Constant (67-100%)
* Assist in preventive maintenance and mechanical maintenance on physical plant equipment.
Frequent (34-66%)
* Assist in the repair of mechanical equipment, plumbing, and HVAC.
* Ensure proper operation and performance of electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning.
* Seek information on developing trends and trouble shooting of these systems.
Occasional (10-33%)
* Assist in snow removal from parking lots and sidewalks.
* Garbage collection of grounds.

High School Diploma or GED. Experience or education in commercial and residential electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Computer skills helpful but not required.
