- Promote and develop safe work behaviors in line with the companys safety programs and objectives
- Monitor hours of service for drivers; maintain compliance with all company and government regulations and policies
- Supervise performance of drivers to achieve incident free deliveries of every load
- Lead, manage, evaluate, and develop staff personnel
- Forecast terminal performance; evaluate performance and take corrective action to meet expense and financial forecast
- Engage local customers regularly to drive growth and enhance relationships
- Ensure maximum asset utilization

Qualifications Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business related field or equivalent business experience in the transportation industry
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office
