Summary:

The Digital Payment Support Representative monitors and investigates Bill Pay generated alerts for possible fraud indicators and unusual activity. When suspicious transactions are detected, the representative contacts members to verify activity and ensure account security.

Education and/or Experience:

* High school education or GED required, associate's degree preferred

* Minimum two years banking experience required

* Transactional risk/fraud review experience required

* Strong oral/written communication skills

* Problem-solving skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

* System knowledge and experience in DNA preferred

Job Responsibilities:

* Monitors payment generated alert notification and discrepancies daily

* Categorizes bill pay alerts to identify trends, anomalies and other critical bill pay data

* Approve, decline or escalate issues to management

* Answers bill pay system process questions from internal/external users, including contacting members when necessary

* Responds quickly, completely, accurately and courteously to telephone calls and emails received from members and employees

* Provides interdepartmental support/collaboration

* Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $22.07 to $24.00 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
