Job Title: Electrical ForemanJob DescriptionWe are seeking six experienced Electrical Foremen to oversee both underground and above ground solar electrical installation work for a self-perform solar project. The role involves managing crews of workers and providing project oversight under the direction of the Construction Manager (CM) and Superintendent.Responsibilities
  • Oversee underground and above ground solar electrical installations.
  • Manage crews of workers on-site.
  • Provide project oversight under the direction of the CM and Superintendent.
  • Ensure all electrical portions of the project are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues related to electrical systems.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics.
  • Perform conduit bending and run conduit.
  • Pull and install electrical wiring.
Essential Skills
  • Electrical installation and management experience.
  • Proficiency in conduit bending and wiring.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
  • 5+ years of solar electrical experience.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Classified as a mechanic or journeyman in non-solar industry.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Open to performing both electrical and non-electrical tasks.
  • Ability to use a scanner or computer.

This is a new construction environment, with work shifts scheduled from Monday to Friday, starting at 7 AM with occasional weekend work. Each workday includes three breaks: morning, lunch, and afternoon. Daily safety talks are conducted each morning before work begins.
