Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator in Aurora, IL. These Logistics Coordinator jobs are Temp-to-Hire Opportunities! Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm Plus Over Time as needed. Pay: $17.00-$18.00/Hr. Responsibilities for a Logistics Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to: • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments. • Respond to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels. • Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. • Conduct special shipping arrangements as necessary. • Prepare bills and invoices. • Manage distribution and shipment budgets. • Other Duties as assigned. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this Logistics Coordinator jobs: • High school Diploma or Equivalent. • Knowledge of local and/or global shipping procedures. • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication. • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent customer service and client relation skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to use computers, software, and other technology.
