Summary: The NetSuite Administrator will manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the NetSuite ERP system. In this role, you'll collaborate with various departments to ensure the NetSuite platform effectively supports our business operations and goals. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of NetSuite's functionalities, experience in customizing and optimizing the system, and the ability to provide both technical support and training to users. This is a hybrid role, that lets you blend remote work with in-office collaboration at our HQ in Waukegan, IL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer, manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, including user access, roles, permissions, and configurations.
  • Customize NetSuite fields, forms, records, and workflows to meet business requirements.
  • Develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and enhancements in NetSuite.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes or improvements.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and investigate requirements for system enhancements and changes.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
  • Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite features and functionalities.
  • Stay up to date with NetSuite updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency.
  • Assist in data migration, system integrations, and other projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in custom records, saved searches, and suite flow.
  • Experience with data migration, system integration, and third-party applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Strong reasoning skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
