Typical Work Schedule Dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. We are currently seeking an individual to join our hard-working, dedicated team as an IT Support/Systems Administrator. The IT Support/Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining and securing the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves managing servers, networks, and user support, with a focus on the specific needs of an electrical contracting environment. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities Essential to the IT Support/Systems Administrator include the following and any other duties that may be assigned as needed

  • Life Cycle Tracking and upgrading of all company owned hardware
  • Troubleshooting software related issues
  • Security Patching and Updates
  • Phishing exercises and training as required
  • Configuration of cloud-based backups for all drives/workstations
  • General support for company owned software
  • Troubleshooting and resolving Remote access issues
  • Issuing and recovery of all technology devices
  • Managing mobile phone issuance and upgrades
  • Maintaining software licenses
  • Work with MSP (Managed Service Provider)
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a network/IT related role
  • Extensive knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
  • Willing to learn our software and become a trainer to employees as required.
  • Advanced knowledge of network operating systems, protocols, and administration
  • Ability, aptitude, and desire to be part of service-oriented team
  • Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment
  • Creativity and the ability to grasp new technologies and programs quickly are essential
  • Must have strong inter-personal skills and the ability to train and share knowledge

Working Conditions
  • Office position, primarily sedentary; frequent computer use. However, some filing is expected, which requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Special Requirements
  • Must have a current, valid Driver's License, a satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation.
  • Undergo and pass required background checks, drug/alcohol screenings (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and return to work) and physicals.
  • Understands, follows, and enforces all established safety, health, quality and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
  • Commitment to company values and the highest level of professional and ethical standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
  • Evening and weekend work as needed/required.
Salary Description $45,000 - $65,000 per year
