We're looking for a Compliance Analyst Senior to join our ever-evolving Compliance - Payment Data Security team to help us unleash the potential of every business. Are you ready to make your mark? About the team Our Legal, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams ensure we're doing business the right way. They help us balance a healthy risk appetite, so we're empowered to expand our horizons. Payment Data Security team manage the portfolio of merchants in the Level 1-3 space. We are responsible for reporting the PCI DSS compliance status to the card brands, Mitigating risk and avoiding Non -compliance assessments. We also manage Third Party service provider Compliance and account data compromise programs.
What you'll own - Provide written and verbal guidance to shareholders on the applicability of card network security requirements.
- Drive validation and certification compliance among third party agents and contracted partners.
- Review and record compliance documentation.
- Offer guidance on third party agent registration requirements.
- Facilitate and track internal and external reporting on adoption and participation in card network security programs.
- Maintain collaborative relationship with the card networks and Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council.
- Assist and support the organization with data security and related rules and mandates.
- Develop and disseminate educational materials regarding changing rules and requirements.
- Participate in Account Data Compromise/ PCI Forensic Investigation meetings as related to Third Party Agent Breaches
Where you'll own it You'll own it in our Cincinnati Office hub. While we're a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person.
