We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Line Lead to join our team. As the Production Line Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and workflow of our manufacturing production line. In this critical role, you will lead a team of production workers, ensuring efficient and consistent output while maintaining strict quality control measures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers to meet daily and weekly production goals - Monitoring and optimizing the manufacturing process to improve efficiency and reduce waste - Providing hands-on technical support and training to production staff - Identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks on the production line - Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production activities - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of the production process To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in manufacturing, assembly, packaging, and production operations. Experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity is highly desirable, as you will be responsible for managing a team of production workers. Familiarity with medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing processes would be an asset. This is a contract-to-permanent position, offering a competitive hourly rate of $15 per hour.
