Job Location : Leola,PA, USA
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing accounts receivable and invoicing tasks, processing customer invoices, and providing general administrative support. This role offers an opportunity to cross-train in other financial and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage all office functions including accounts receivable and invoicing.
+ Daily processing and billing of customer invoices related to daily product built.
+ Prepare transportation package paperwork for dealers and drivers.
+ Receive and process customer payments and generate daily cash receipts report.
+ Scan and file unit history files, ensuring all paperwork is present for archives (both digital and physical).
+ Track and send financing-related paperwork based on terms and dealer preferences.
+ Perform relevant general ledger journal entries and reconciliations.
+ Conduct administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, reception, processing mail, and ordering office supplies.
+ Cross-train and serve as a backup in other positions such as accounts payable, invoicing, costing, payroll, or human resource functions after successful training.
Skills and Qualifications:
+ Effective communication with all personnel and management within an organization.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to multi-task with distractions in an active office work environment.
+ High degree of confidentiality.
+ Strong working knowledge of accounting procedures and Microsoft Office applications. Excel experience with basic formula construction preferred.
+ Thorough understanding of bookkeeping practices and procedures.
+ Prior ERP system experience preferred (Sage 100 a plus).
+ Minimum associate degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline. No prior work experience necessary but preferred.
+ In lieu of a college degree, 1-3 years related work experience in a similar accounting role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
