Amplify is seeking a passionate, part-time Sales Associate to join our dynamic Sales Team. In this role, you will help drive the adoption of Amplify's cutting-edge literacy assessments and K-12 curriculum solutions. As a Sales Associate, your primary focus will be to collaborate with educators and school leaders, ensuring their literacy programs are aligned with state standards and that they have the right tools to track and enhance student progress. You'll also play an essential role in collaborating with our project management team to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of educational products and services.

Essential Responsibilities:
Develop Literacy Assessments: Collaborate with the product team to help develop and refine literacy assessments that are aligned with state and national standards. Ensure these assessments meet the needs of educators and support effective tracking of student progress.
Support Curriculum Alignment: Assist educators and school leaders in aligning their literacy programs with state standards. Provide guidance on how to integrate Amplify's literacy tools and assessments with their existing curriculum.
Collaboration with Project Management Teams: Work closely with the project management team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Amplify's products and services. Coordinate deliverables, manage timelines, and track progress to ensure successful project implementation.
Customer Feedback and Market Insights: Collect feedback from educators and school leaders, sharing valuable insights with the Sales Leadership team. Help shape product development and sales strategies based on customer needs and market trends.
Sales and Product Support: Assist the sales team in product demonstrations, presentations, and providing educational resources to clients. Maintain product knowledge to confidently discuss Amplify's solutions and their benefits for K-12 education.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in teaching, school system administration, or any education-related market experience supporting a sales function.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
Comfort with working in a deadline-driven project team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong conversational skills with the ability to ask insightful questions and actively listen to customer needs.
Experience with literacy education, especially early literacy programs or curricula, is highly preferred.
Familiarity with literacy assessment development and how these assessments align with state and national educational standards.
Solid understanding of K-12 curriculum standards, particularly in literacy education, with the ability to advise educators on curriculum alignment.
Previous experience working with cross-functional teams, including product development and project management, to meet deadlines and deliver products that align with client needs.
Enthusiastic about technology in education and improving student outcomes.
Self-motivated and proactive in driving projects and meeting deadlines.
Strong ability to build relationships with educators, school leaders, and other stakeholders.
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $55.00 - $65.00.
