Job Description :
Lead a professional painting team while also actively participating in painting projects. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in painting and crew management. You will direct your team to outstanding service delivery and take part in daily painting tasks. A company truck is provided for travel to job sites.Main Duties:
  • Team and Task Management: Lead and work alongside painters, organize and assign tasks, resolve conflicts, and keep projects on schedule.
  • Surface Preparation: Direct and perform preparation tasks to ensure a high-quality painting base.
  • Painting Execution: Execute advanced painting tasks and coach your team in sophisticated painting techniques for top-notch results.
  • Safety Enforcement: Maintain all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to guarantee work meets client expectations and company standards.
  • Project Reporting: Regularly update management about project progress and challenges.
  • Training and Development: Continuously train junior painters to improve their skills and professional growth.
  • Equipment and Vehicle Management: Oversee the maintenance and readiness of the company-provided truck and painting tools.Requirements:
    • Experience: 10+ years of hands-on professional painting and proven team leadership.
    • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to efficiently lead painting crews.
    • Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
    • Bilingual: -Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
    • Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective team and client interactions.
    • Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physically demanding painting tasks.
    • Travel Readiness: Use the company truck for traveling to job sites within King County, WA.Pay$30 per hour, based on experience.
